1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HomeWorkout Challenge ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

HomeWorkout Challenge is a fitness application that provides workout plans, exercise demonstrations, progress tracking, social challenges, and related fitness content for iOS devices.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

HomeWorkout Challenge offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Monthly plans).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Free trial: New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, you will be charged.
No refunds are provided directly by us. Refund requests must go through Apple.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Spam other users with unwanted messages or challenges

6. Health Disclaimer

Important: HomeWorkout Challenge is not a medical service. The workouts and fitness information provided are for general fitness purposes only. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have health conditions or injuries. We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the app.

7. Content Ownership

All workout content, exercise videos, and app design are owned by HomeWorkout Challenge.
User-generated content (custom plans, profile information) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the app's social features.
You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeWorkout Challenge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injuries, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
